General Information & Conditions

Overnight stay with breakfast included (breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival).
Guests can book up to four dinners during their stay. Reservations must be made by 10:00 AM via WhatsApp message to Monica.
๐Ÿšซ The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.

๐Ÿงน Housekeeping
Rooms are cleaned every four days, including a towel change.
Bed linen is changed once a week.

๐Ÿ’ถ Tourist Tax
Municipality of Olbia: €2.00 per person per day (up to a maximum of 7 days).

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of 7 nights is required (contact us to check availability for shorter stays).

Check-in & Check-out Times
๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ Check-in
From 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
Rooms will be available from 12:00 PM.

๐Ÿงณ Luggage Storage Policy:
Rooms are ready from 12:00 PM onwards, as time is needed for cleaning after the previous guests' departure.
If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage at the agriturismo.
Luggage pickup is available after 5:00 PM.
๐Ÿšซ Between 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM, staff are on break, so luggage pickup is not possible.
๐Ÿ“ฑ Please contact us via WhatsApp to receive the gate access code.

โณ Check-out
By 10:00 AM. Please vacate the room on time to allow preparation for incoming guests.

Children’s Policy
Please note that our rooms are authorized for a maximum of 2 guests.
