Place the berries in a container with alcohol as indicated in the recipe
Prepare a milk syrup and
sugar in the following quantities: (per liter of essence): two liters of milk and 1,400 / 1,600 g of sugar. The syrup is boiled for about 15 minutes (stirring constantly) and, once cooled, it joins the essence.
It is bottled and stored in the fridge
