Where is Agrisole located?
Agrisole is located at Via Sole Ruju 7, Olbia (SS), in the Gallura countryside, just a few kilometers from the city center, the port, the airport and the main destinations of the Costa Smeralda.
A car is required to reach the property and to move around during your stay.

What is the opening period?
The rooms are available for stays from June to September.

What kind of property is Agrisole and who is it suitable for?
Agrisole is an agriturismo with a restaurant and a small number of double rooms, all on the ground floor with independent entrance, set in the Sardinian countryside near Olbia and the sea.It is a very quiet and peaceful place, ideal for couples and travellers looking for simplicity and a genuine connection with the land and local cuisine.

Who is Agrisole not suitable for?
Agrisole is not the right choice for guests looking for resort-style or standardized luxury hotels, a property with a swimming pool, accommodation directly on the beach or within walking distance of the sea, entertainment services, mini-clubs or holiday villages, or the advanced services typical of large resorts.
It is, instead, an ideal option for those who appreciate the luxury of tranquility, the beauty of the Sardinian countryside, and a warm, informal and authentic welcome.
If you are looking for an experience focused on simplicity and inner well-being, you are in the right place; if you are looking for organized entertainment, our approach may not be what you are looking for.

Are all rooms the same?
No, although they are very similar.
They differ in location, size and color, but they all share the same simple and functional style.

How are the rooms arranged?
The rooms are arranged as follows: rooms 1–5 are next to each other in the upper part of the property, close to the parking area; rooms 7–8 are next to each other in a more private area, closer to the restaurant, and are accessed via a staircase.

What amenities do the rooms offer?
All rooms are located on the ground floor, have independent entrances and are equipped with a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi and mosquito screens on the windows.
The rooms are simple and functional, designed for rest and surrounded by the silence of the countryside.

How far is the agriturismo from the sea and services?
We are in a strategic location in the Gallura countryside.
The port, the airport and the center of Olbia are about 15–20 minutes by car, as are the nearest beaches.
A car is essential both to reach the property and to move around during your stay.

Is parking available?
Yes. We offer a free private outdoor parking area inside the property.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi with a professional system that guarantees coverage throughout the entire property, including the rooms and all restaurant areas.

Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included in the stay.

Is cleaning included in the price?
Yes. Initial and final cleaning are included.
During the stay, bathroom linens are changed every four days and bed linens once a week.
Daily cleaning and daily bed making are not provided.

Do you offer half board?
We do not offer a classic half-board option, as our kitchen works exclusively with a fixed Sardinian menu.
However, we offer a flexible dinner option without obligations.
During the stay, guests may book up to four fixed-menu dinners, each including a first course, a main course with side dish, dessert, pane carasau, water and house wine.
The price is reduced compared to the standard dinner and is communicated at the time of booking.
Dinner must be booked via WhatsApp by 10:00 am on the same day.
The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.

Is a deposit required to confirm the booking?
Yes. To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit is required, payable by bank transfer or online payment according to the instructions provided.
The balance is paid on site, according to the agreed methods.

What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is seven nights.
For shorter stays, you may contact us to check for possible availability.
We do not rent rooms for one night only, unless there is availability between two stays.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
The room is available from 12:00 pm.
If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage; if you expect to arrive later, simply arrange it in advance with Monica via WhatsApp.
Check-out is by 10:00 am.

Do you accept card payments?
Yes. We accept all major payment methods, including credit and debit cards.

We are a family of four: can we stay at Agrisole?
The property offers only double rooms, authorized for a maximum of two guests.
There are no quadruple rooms, extra beds or baby cots available.
For safety reasons, minors are not allowed to stay in rooms separate from their parents.
Booking two separate rooms is not a convenient solution, as the full double-room rate applies to each room, regardless of the guests’ age.

Do you accept bookings many months in advance?
No. Reservations for the season open every year in January.
Bookings are not accepted before that date.

How can I book a room?
All information is available on the Book a Room page, where you can check availability and book directly.
Before proceeding, we kindly ask you to contact us on WhatsApp to get to know each other and receive useful information such as the gate code, Wi-Fi details and check-in arrangements.

Are there restrictions regarding food allergies and intolerances?
Yes. Agrisole is not suitable for guests with severe or multiple allergies.
The kitchen is a shared environment and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of indirect cross-contamination.
Breakfast service does not allow for personalized control for complex dietary needs.
Simple intolerances may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, if communicated before booking.

Do you have farm animals?
No. The farm focuses on crop cultivation and the processing of agricultural products, and does not carry out livestock farming.

Are pets allowed in the rooms?
The presence of pets is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, by prior agreement.
We accept cats and small or medium-sized dogs, provided they are well behaved, are not left alone in the room and are not allowed on beds or furniture.
The presence of pets must be communicated at the time of booking.

Are the rooms accessible?
Rooms 3, 4 and 5 are located on the ground floor and have a small step at the entrance.
Bathrooms are standard and not equipped for specific disabilities.
If you have special accessibility needs, please contact us before booking so we can evaluate the situation together.

What kind of atmosphere will I find at the property?
You will find a calm and genuine atmosphere.
We enjoy welcoming our guests in a polite, relaxed and respectful environment, where everyone can feel welcome.
Guests are generally discreet and peaceful, and they sometimes appreciate a simple sense of conviviality, made up of smiles, lightness and shared moments, without formality. Everyone is free to be themselves, with respect for others.
At times, spontaneous moments of joy may arise: an extra laugh, a song, a shared conversation.
This happens naturally, when like-minded people meet.
If you are looking for an authentic place where you can feel comfortable and at ease, Agrisole is probably the right place for you.
