The olive grove
This product is not available for sale. It is used exclusively in the preparation of the dishes served at the agriturismo.
The grove consists of about 180 trees of various varieties: Bosana, Coratina, Tonda di Cagliari, Nocellara. In spring the trees are pruned and in autumn we harvest the olives by hand.
THE ENTIRE PRODUCTION IS FOR INTERNAL USE IN THE AGRITOURISM (NOT FOR SALE).
