Whether you are arriving from the port of Olbia or spending your holidays on the coast, our restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a traditional dinner and discover the true flavors of our land.

What we offer: We serve a fixed tasting menu featuring some of the most iconic dishes of Gallura cuisine: homemade cured meats, traditional fresh pasta, and our famous Sardinian roasted suckling pig (porceddu).

Soft polenta pieces seasoned with a rich tomato and fresh local sausage sauce.

“Mazzafrissa”
A creamy Gallurese specialty made from fresh cream and semolina, topped with our own prickly pear syrup

"Chjusoni": Traditional Gallurese Gnocchi
Fresh handmade pasta served with a rich tomato and local sausage sauce. [*]

Sardinian Suckling Pig (“Porceddu”) [*] with Roasted Potatoes
One of the most representative dishes of Sardinian cuisine. Prepared with selected local pork and cooked slowly for many hours to achieve exceptionally tender and flavorful meat.

Handmade dessert with dairy cream and vegetable cream, Agrisole myrtle syrup, and crunchy Sardinian biscuit crumble.
