Although we are not a restaurant specialising exclusively in vegan cuisine, we offer our experience to create dishes inspired by Sardinian tradition, reinterpreted with creativity and without the use of ingredients of animal origin.

Sardinian cuisine has always valued simple and genuine ingredients such as legumes, cereals, vegetables and nuts. Starting from these elements, we create dishes that narrate our territory in an innovative and respectful way, without compromising on flavour.
