Where is Agrisole located?
Agrisole is located at Via Sole Ruju 7, Olbia (SS).
A car is required to reach the restaurant.

What type of cuisine do you offer?
We offer traditional Sardinian and Gallurese cuisine, with a fixed tasting menu based on typical dishes of Sardinian tradition, with a vegetarian menu option.
Among the dishes served, you will also find Sardinian suckling pig (porcetto), one of the most representative symbols of the island’s cuisine.
All dishes follow traditional recipes, with courses served one after another at a balanced pace. If you wish to slow down or speed up the service, simply let us know.

What is the restaurant’s opening period?
Agrisole restaurant is open from Easter to October, for dinner only and by reservation.
On Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, the restaurant is also open for lunch at 1:00 pm.
In April, May and October, the restaurant is open only on selected days, always by reservation.
From June to September, the restaurant is open every evening.

Do you have a closing day?
Yes. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, except during the two central weeks of August.

What time is dinner served?
Dinner time varies depending on the season and is communicated at the time of booking (generally between 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm).
We kindly ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes early, to allow us to manage arrivals smoothly and ensure an orderly service.

How is the restaurant set up?
The restaurant features a small indoor dining room, a covered veranda, and several outdoor seating areas.
When weather permits, dinner can be enjoyed outdoors.
One of the outdoor areas is reserved exclusively for adults.

Is the menu à la carte or fixed?
The menu is a fixed tasting menu.
It is not à la carte and cannot be shared.
The price is per person, and it is not possible to order individual dishes.

How much does dinner cost? Are there prices for children?
Adults: €55 per person (drinks included).
Water, house wine and a digestif are included.
Children up to 10 years: €30.
There is no separate children’s menu. Children may taste all dishes at a reduced price; courses are served based on the total number of guests at the table, including children.
Children up to 4 years: €15.
Sardinian gnocchi with tomato sauce and dessert.

Are there any extra dishes?
Yes. Seadas and Gallurese Soup are available as extras, at €5 each.
Extras can be requested at the time of booking.

Do you provide high chairs for children?
Yes, they are available.

How long does dinner last?
Dinner lasts approximately one and a half hours.
Our service is designed to be smooth and well-paced.
If you have time constraints (for example, if you need to reach the port for a ferry), please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you serve Coca-Cola, orange soda or similar soft drinks?
No.
We do not serve industrial soft drinks, in order to preserve the authentic flavors of traditional cuisine.

Do you offer vegetarian options?
Yes. We offer a fully vegetarian Sardinian menu, available by reservation.

Do you offer special menus?
Yes, by advance reservation only.
We offer vegan and lactose-free menus.
The daily number of these menus is limited (maximum 2 per day for each type).
We do not make personalized changes to the menus.

Is it possible to celebrate a birthday? Can I request a candle or bring a cake?
Absolutely, with great pleasure.
If you inform us in advance at the time of booking, we will be happy to organize it: after dinner, I (Monica), together with our dining room staff, will gladly place a candle on the dessert and sing a cheerful “Happy Birthday”.
Guests in the dining room often join in the celebration.
You may bring a cake from outside, provided it comes with a receipt from the pastry shop (for traceability).
In this case, please make sure to check for any allergies or intolerances among your guests and inform us in advance.

Do you accept card payments?
Yes.
We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards.

We are a group of friends: how does payment work?
For groups of 6 or more people, we kindly ask, if possible, for one single payment per table.
The menu is fixed and the price is the same for everyone; this helps us avoid long waits at the cashier.
A single fiscal receipt will be issued.

Do you accept bookings many days in advance, for example 10 days before?
We accept reservations only short-term, generally 3–4 days before the dinner date, or preferably on the same day.
For advance bookings, a confirmation via WhatsApp by 12:00 pm on the day of the dinner is always required.
If you forget to send the confirmation message, we will contact you ourselves.

Do you accept large groups or big families?
We accept groups of up to 12 people maximum.
Our dining room has only a few large tables, so we cannot accommodate very large family groups or long tables beyond this number.
For safety reasons, children must sit at the table with their parents and not at separate tables.

Do you manage food allergies and intolerances?
Yes, we handle allergies and intolerances with great care.
However, our kitchen is a single working environment, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of indirect cross-contamination.
For safety reasons, we do not manage severe or multiple allergies.
All allergies or intolerances must be communicated at the time of booking.
Allergens are clearly indicated on the menu, which is sent before dinner.

Although changes to the fixed menu are not possible, it may be possible to exclude one or more dishes, with a price reduction, when this allows us to provide a safer service for the guest.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, small and medium-sized dogs are allowed in the veranda and outdoor areas of the agriturismo.
Dogs must not be aggressive toward people or our cats and must be kept under control for the entire duration of dinner.
The presence of your dog must always be communicated at the time of booking.

Is the restaurant accessible?
Yes, the restaurant is accessible.
Please inform us of any special needs at the time of booking so we can organize the welcome accordingly.
Access is normally via a staircase; however, it is possible to reach the restaurant by car via a private road, arriving directly at street level near the entrance.
When you arrive at the parking area, please call us and we will give you all the necessary directions.
Portable ramps are available and can be used with the assistance of friends or family.

What kind of atmosphere will I find at the restaurant?
At Agrisole we welcome people of all backgrounds, ages, cultures, identities and lifestyles.
We enjoy a relaxed, respectful and informal atmosphere, where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves.We ask just one thing: respect for people, for the place, and for the work we do every day.
